1. Service Description

Dragonfly (“we”, “us”) operates an AI model marketplace where buyer demand is routed to eligible seller supply under policy constraints. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Access

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access keys and account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • One account per person. We may terminate duplicate accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Dragonfly to:
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the service.
  • Resell marketplace access without authorization.
  • Generate spam, malware, or phishing content.
  • Violate the upstream model providers’ usage policies.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Dragonfly operates on a prepaid credit model.
  • Credits are non-refundable once used.
  • Pricing is usage-based and varies by model lane and market conditions. Current references are shown on our Models page.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Unused credits do not expire.

5. Seller Program (BYOK)

  • Sellers may add provider credentials and publish listings to earn marketplace payouts.
  • Contributed credentials must be legitimately obtained and owned by you.
  • We may hold back a portion of seller earnings in a rolling reserve and suspend payouts for suspected fraud or abuse.
  • Seller earnings currently remain as on-platform credits; external withdrawals are not part of the invite beta.

6. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee a specific SLA for free-tier users.
  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or due to upstream provider issues.
  • We may use dynamic routing and fallback controls to reduce failed matches.

7. Data & Privacy

API request content is forwarded to upstream model providers for processing. We do not permanently store your prompts or completions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dragonfly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Account closure requests are handled through support review.
  • Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited if the account was terminated for abuse.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
